Did you work in an environment of a toxic culture in which leaders cause many of the problems?

Ego is probably one of the biggest poisons we can have -it’s toxic to any environment. — Jonny Kim

Leadership who makes sarcasm and remarks, you are afraid to go to Human resources due to your concern of retaliation. We all know many companies have a “ZERO” tolerance policy.

Management verbally mistreats workers, makes micro disparaging remarks, belittling statements.

Co-workers gossip with leadership, and leaders act on gossip give you corrective warnings for things you have not done?.

Co-workers passive-aggressive communications, constant sick calls, high turnover rate, cliques, and gossips.

Ask yourself, is it worth staying? Will it improve your career in the long term? Do you have families, and you're the sole provider? If you already put so many years in a company and its toxic environment has not changed, I would think about looking for another opportunity to progress and look elsewhere to better yourself mentally and physically and, of course, financially.

In conclusion, loyal to an employer that does not see your full potential is not a place to transcend. I never regret parting out of that poisonous work situation; continually explore your options.
